What does a 3-day virtual event cost?

The format

What a 3-day virtual event is: A live launch format run across three consecutive days, where the host teaches their most valuable material, answers questions live, and sells during the event. It sells to an existing email audience rather than to cold traffic.
Who it works for: Course creators, coaches, educators and community builders who already have an active email audience and a paid offer. It concentrates an existing audience relationship. It cannot recreate one that has gone cold.

The work

What AfterHarvest does: Plans, builds and runs the whole event: offer strategy, funnels, registration pages, the VSL and marketing assets, over 100 launch emails, every slide, and the live operation across the three days.
What you do: Roughly 15 to 20 hours across about six weeks. You approve work, review it, record what is needed and teach live. AfterHarvest does the building and strategy.

The revenue floor: Before signing, AfterHarvest models the list, the offer and the numbers, then puts a revenue figure in writing. The guaranteed floor is half that figure. If the launch comes in under it, no revenue share is owed and the fee is refunded.
The two-week walk-away: The funnel is built within 14 days. If you do not want to continue at that point, you can walk away with no strings attached. This is written into the contract.

It won't probably work for you so it won't work if the wrong topic or offer is chosen and I see so many people running these events who just think about like the small things like they keep running the tag they keep running like obsessing about the metrics which is good we also do that

But they end up missing the big picture which is like the topic you choose or the offer you choose because this is the most important thing if you want to make one perform well so we're not one of those normal operators or like agencies who only brute force like the building part of an event

That you already paid comes off of that so after the launch finishes and all that you don't have to pay us $20k you only pay us $15k because the $5K is already credited right so if we don't end up hitting this floor we'll refund the $5,000 to you completely so remember what I said

If we don't end up making you money you don't even have to technically pay us $5k because we'll refund it to you right so we have this fee in general so we can hire great people and suffer without having to skimp on like the quality of the event alright so after that weeks 4 to 5 is the pre marketing push

So we start telling people that we have an event coming up I'm sure you're already familiar with like that sort of marketing is the emails that will actually push live registrations for so people here will join the event sign up for the event and on week 8 is the actual event itself so you go live for three days

Typically sell on like the second day and then after that we have um like five days of postcard selling right so from there on we're paid on results so 20% of what the launch collects is your email list is bigger than 25k subscribers subscribers then 25% if you're below that but there are exceptions
